How to choose the right seal
"NBR" Rubber Sealing used in oil system for hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil line glycol, the second-grade lubricants, petrol, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other medias. It is the most widely used,and the minimum cost of the rubber seals. Does not used into polar solvents, such as ketones, Ozon, nitro-hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. Ordinary general temperature range for -40 ~ 120 ⊥.
"HNBR" hydrogenated Nitrile rubber seal: Owned excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and deformation characteristics ,also better of ozone-resistant, resistant to sunlight, weather-resistant ＃properties.
Compared with NBR It has better abrasion resistance. Used in washing machines, car engines and new environment-protection refrigerant R134 a refrigeration system. Does not recommend the use in alcohol or aromatic esters liquid. The use of the general temperature range for -40 ~ 150 ⊥.
"MQ" silicon rubber seal has excellent heat, cold, and ozone-resistant, resistant to aging properties in the atmosphere. There are very good insulation properties. However, tensile strenth can not catch up with other rubber and do not have oil resistance either. Used in household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens and so on. It also applies to a variety of Daily necessities contact with the human body ,such as Kettle
, water dispenser,＃ Does not recommend the use in concentrated solvents, oil, chemical and sodium hydroxide .The use of the general temperature range for -55 ~ 250 ⊥.
